I started out with a used Alto sax, that was a hand me down in our family for the last 7 years. I must say that horn was more in the shop than in the Band room.
A friend of my father told me to try the new Saxophone store in town. WOW what a shop, the owner let me play any saxophone I wanted to try, as long as I needed. He has everything from student to professional line, plus some used and vintage horns. But my budget was limited. The Vespro Alto that I tried, played amazing. I had no problems with any of the lower notes (complete opposite of the hand-me down)
or any notes for that matter. I fell back in love with music. This is easy playing, easy on my pinky.

Plus a one year warranty on the horn. But the best part , is that with the new Vespro horn I was able to afford it, I even had some money left over. I moved from 3rd chair to first chair in one week. What a difference a great horn can make on your playing.

Even the Music director was impressed with the sound and great workmanship of the horn.

Well thanks Mr. Armando I will stay at first chair thanks to a great affordable horn.
